When it comes to reducing your carbon footprint, the Dux Sunpro Electric Boosted Solar hot water heater is top of the range. Available in 250L, 315L and 400L, this is a continuous split system that is electric boosted in all 3 sizes, and gas boosted with the 315L.

HOTLOGIC IS GOOD LOGIC
The Dux SunPro offers continuous flow of hot water using their patented HotLogic system, which is constantly searching for and then switching to the cheapest available energy source, whether that be from the solar panel or through the electric mains or gas.
The electric-boosting system allows you to receive hot water by heating the top-half of the tank even when the sun is weakened and the solar panel isn’t producing the required heat. The gas-boosting operates in a similar fashion, and works with either LPG or natural gas.

All four models in the range are geared towards families, with the smallest (250L) being capable of producing enough hot water for a family of between 2 and 4 people. The 315L is better suited for 3 to 5 people and the 400L is suited for larger families of between 4 and 7 people.
Each of these models is also accompanied by a 5 year warranty on both tank and solar panels, and a 1 year warranty on parts and labour. The tank can be installed both inside or outside.
