Same Day Service
We promise to provide same day plumbing and electrical service throughout Perth, every day of the year. Whether you’re looking for standard, after hours or emergency servicing, we’re here to answer your call 24/7.
For non-urgent bookings performed during standard operating hours we offer 4 hour turnaround when you call us before 4pm. If you need someone out late at night, on a Sunday, or during a public holiday we can still offer the same 4 hour turnaround on after hours service. And, if you need a tradesman out even faster you can make an emergency booking with 2 hour turnaround.
Call Out Fee $0
We promise to never charge exorbitant fees simply for arriving at your home. With plumbers and electricians situated throughout the Perth metropolitan area, it’s never too hard for us to swing by your house to offer our services and expert advice.
So whether you need a first look at a plumbing or electrical problem that’s arisen in your home, a regular service of your hot water system, or a simple follow-up on a job we’ve completed, for your own peace of mind, we’ll come to you no trouble, with a call out fee of zero dollars.
We promise to offer you a free comprehensive quote on any plumbing or electrical problem you may have in your home, no matter how big or small the job may be. From simple maintenance and servicing of your pipes, taps, power points and light fittings, to upgrades and installations of hot water systems, switchboards, appliances and more.
Before we begin any work, we’ll make sure you have all the information you need to make the right decision for your home and budget, and that you understand exactly what you’re paying for. Once you’ve signed your free quote we’ll put everything in motion to get the work done as soon as we can and to the highest possible standard.
We promise to always deliver an exceptional quality of service and workmanship, on every job we do. All Pascoe’s plumbers and electricians are required to adhere to our strict policies on quality of work, customer service, safety and conduct, as well as all relevant industry regulations and legislation.
If you’re not content with the work that was done for any reason, we’ll go to every length to try to resolve any issues you have. We’re always happy to come back to follow up on a job to ensure you’re satisfied with the finished product, and if you have any concerns we welcome your call and will do anything within our power to address them.
Terms & Conditions:

We will never charge a call out fee to come to your home, however, some jobs may require work to begin before the problem can be fully diagnosed and quoted. In these cases, you will be charged an investigation fee. Prior to an investigation taking place, the attending tradesman will thoroughly explain that this is the case and you will be required to agree to this fee before he continues. If you choose to go ahead with the quoted work, the investigation fee will be deducted from your final bill.
