Closed Coupled Rinnai solar hot water heaters are available in the Sunmaster and Prestige ranges. Closed Coupled solar systems are roof-mounted, all-in-one units with the tank and panels coupled together. Rinnai Close Coupled systems use thermos-syphoning principles to move the hot water, rather than pumping it. This means less components are needed, equalling less maintenance costs for you. Rinnai Closed Coupled heaters are more efficient than split systems, as no heat’s lost from lengthy piping transporting water.
EFFICIENT HOT WATER SYSTEM
Rinnai Prestige Closed Coupled systems deliver stainless steel tanks in a wide range of Colorbond colours. Excelsior solar collectors manufactured in Australia are frost resistant to -6°C and feature TiNox. This European technology uses long-life blue absorber surfaces, giving efficiency and certified performance. Prestige tanks don’t require sacrificial anodes, which saves on maintenance. Prestige’s water storage capacity can be either 180L or 330L, with 10 year cylinder warranty and 7 years for panels.
Rinnai Sunmaster Closed Coupled systems use Enduro aluminium solar panels, manufactured in Australia (frost tolerant down to -6°C). With storage capacity 200L or 330L, Sunmaster’s vitreous enamel tanks offer sacrificial anodes to extend cylinder-life. Tank warranty is 5 years, with 7 years on panels.
